The Reverend
James Lynch,Jr.Esq.
James A. Lynch, Jr, is a Reverend as authorized by the lay Buddhist Organization Rissho Kosei Kai. He is also their official representative for outside affairs in the New York City area as well as an official representative for Rissho Kosei Kai to the United Nations. Additionally, he's the minister in charge of the New York Dharma Center.
In addition Rev. Lynch is the past President of the Buddhist Council of New York, which represents more than 500,000 Buddhist in the Tri-State area. He sits on the Board of Religions For Peace USA which is the largest interfaith peace organization in America.
Currently, Rev. Lynch is a tenured professor and Chairman of the Business Management Department at Brooklyn College.
Marcia Marshall
Professionally, and as a community volunteer, Marcia's strong sense of purpose is to create good and lift people. Clear communication is foundational in her work with consulting/coaching clients and when teaching art to adults. As an activist, Marcia ignites positive change in communities.
Marcia has applied her degree in Political Science, advanced training as a Life Coach, world travels and love of all things related to art, to color her world with curiosity, vibrancy and action.
Marguerite O'Connor
Marguerite O'Connor, M.Ed. is a Funeral Celebrant, a published author and a virtual franchise owner. Previously, Marguerite invested 28 years as a licensed funeral director and 8 years as a mortuary college instructor. Marguerite is a member of American Association of University Women, League of Women Voters & Toastmasters International.

It is fitting that our fourth team member, Enso, joined us as a constant presence, guiding us through the program.. Enso is our buddy, our teacher, our wise mentor and our sounding board. Enso encourages personal reflection, inquisitiveness, and enlightenment while promoting learning, inclusion and compassion.
